Amazing customer service. Very happy we chose the membership plan which is helping us keep pests away! Scheduling is very easy and overall it’s been helpful and convenient. We love that they use nontoxic chemicals too. This is important as we have two dogs and two little ones. Highly recommend.

Braden was overall fabulous. He was personable and professional. He explained the service in detail showing the materials and crawl space doors that would be used for rodent exclusions. He was very honest about the expectations and very reasonable for cost for such a project. Pricing was actually more expensive than Western Exterminator. However, the potential roof entry points were not covered in Western’s estimate.

Abraham Rodriguez came to my home for the first pest control service, and I was very impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. He took the time to remove all visible spider webs around the exterior, especially around windows and under the eaves, and applied a dust insecticide for spider activity. He also performed a thorough perimeter treatment for ants, spiders, and American roaches, carefully covering key areas like windows, doors, the porch, patio, and all entryways. I really appreciated how respectful and careful he was around my property and personal items. Overall, a great first experience — I feel confident my home is in good hands with Abraham. Highly recommend!

He’s the only reason why I stay with this company because he’s so dependable and he always gives me a heads up when he’s on the way so that I could be at the property since I do not reside at the home that’s being treated.
