They give you a window for your service, but always text about 30 minutes before with an exact ETA. My tech, Leigh, has been great-friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer all my questions. Will also come in between services if needed with no extra charge.

Overall customer service from Simple Pest Management was great! Dylan was awesome, he helped me get started with their services. Well educated on how things work, even threw in a few discounts. The initial visit went smooth, I was a little worried at first because we had very bad ant issue and I didn’t think anything was going to work. A few days after the visit, we saw fewer ants and pests. Ryan, the tech was thorough. Highly recommend this company, they even have their own customer portal.
