EcoGuard Pest Management

I’ve been with ecogaurd for 2 years and they have always been very helpful and informative about their services. I recommend them to my mom and they gave her a very great deal on her services. The technician Manuel has been doing the services at my home for a while now and has always been very informative and helpful every time he’s been to my home. I would recommend them to anyone who wants experienced people actually helping their customers. Thank you again

They only do half service, but still charged full rate. Sent them a text message back in June with photos of webs and spiders on following day of service and all they said was to schedule a re-serving date. They really didn't care of having great customer service. Today, got a text stating that they didn't have access to backyard. Mind you not first service, I don't have locked gates. When tech was questioned, his response was that it was his first time servicing my home. He wasn't aware if gate was locked or if we had pets and didn't service because he felt unsafe. I never had the inside of my home service due to them not calling or sending a text prior to arrival so that I can be home as told they would. So in all honesty I only got 1/3 of the service completed but charged full price. I canceled my service today but never heard of any type of credit to make up for them only partially servicing my property. Only offered to call me directly to make future services. This is not good customer service. If you are a busy person like me, this is not your pest company. Might work for those who are stay at home bodies. Wouldn't recommend for good servicing or customer service. FYI Checked my cameras and the tech arrived to my home and sat in his truck for 30 minutes he never got down, he didn't even do the partial service today. I can't believe it, how many other services were like this one. No wonder we still have critters, they actually never do services. I got ripped off! Where can I report this to the BBB? Going back through my recording to download videos on the service dates.

Our technician is excellent. There is one issue. There are two homes on our property. He comes 3 days earlier to one home and then 3 days later to our house. It would be much better for him to do both the houses (with separate accounts) at the same time.

Very good service for a great price. I haven't had someone out and spray for about a year. And then these guys came along and sprayed, and did a great job. Got rid of all my bug issues and even came back when I noticed ants still around and did more great work. Thank you guys much. Appreciate it

Mark arrived on time and we had a "orientation " on what type of bugs I had, gave me insights on his experiences with them. He also outlined the steps of his process and then followed up once more with a summary of completed tasks prior to departure. He was very professional, but also warm and friendly. I was very pleased with his work. 5 !

Quincy was outstanding. He was prompt and ready to pest control our yards. Quincy is a good listener and receptive to our personal areas of concern in regards to insects. My wife and I were pleased with Quincy and his professional work ethics. We recommend employees like him for service as outstanding and good representatives of EcoGuard.

This was my very first experience with using any sort of pest control and I was so very pleased from the initial phone call to having someone come out same day. My technician was incredibly thorough,friendly and took his time explaining everything to me. I am very satisfied with choosing ecoguard for my pest control.
