They kept me updated on their status and were perfectly on time. I had Jeff out for a free termite inspection. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful! He literally went above and beyond. He noticed a non-pest-related issue in my crawlspace and took care of it while he was down there! That is exceptional service!! We called late in the afternoon to have them come get a marmot we brought to our friends house. He hitchhiked in our spare tire under our pickup bed. Luckily someone was in the area and they were able to come get him the same afternoon which was a relief since we were supposed to travel home to Arkansas the next day! They were quick and professional and explained that they do their best to relocate them were we picked it up.

Jeff was awesome! Last night our chickens were attacked by a raccoon who decided he'd like to keep hanging out in the coop until morning. I contacted ShOO! and they were able to come out quickly, apprehend the criminal, and safely take him to be relocated. Jeff gave me lots of cool and helpful information about raccoons, what to look out for, and precautions to take. If the rest of the raccoon family is seeming like it wants to come back, I won't hesitate to give them another call!

Jeff runs an extremely professional company in every respect and is willing to go the extra mile to satisfy a customer and solve the problem. I had an issue with squirrels in my attic loft and the approach was both methodical and humane. I would not hesitate to recommend Shoo Wildlife & Pest Control.

I certainly recommend ShOO! Wildlife & Pest Control! Coordinating services with Kate has been a pleasure. I get quick responses and convenient service times. We originally contacted ShOO! to deal with woodpeckers making a hotel out of our wood siding. Andrew came out and set us up for success (no new woodpecker holes). Because we enjoyed working with Andrew so much, we transferred all our wildlife/pest services over to ShOO. Andrew is so good natured and truly cares about fixing our problems. He has a biology degree from UCCS(!) and his expertise is such a value. We have been very satisfied with ShOO! Wildlife & Pest Control.
