Ledford's Termite & Pest Control

We had ants coming into our home and was devastated. We keep a super clean house and seeing swarms of ants in our kitchen is something that has never happened before. I called Ledford and the friendly lady (sorry I don't remember her name) at the other end of the phone made an appointment for someone to come out the very next day. Ryan came out and was just as nice and friendly as the lady that took my call. Ryan, who seems a bit shy, was informative and thorough in addressing this problem. He also told me what the problem could be and what to expect after he applied the solution to the source area. Long story short, the ants are gone and my home is back to being a home. We've had Ledford for several years and they are among our longest lasting home service companies. For me, it can be stressful having someone in your home that you don't really know, even though they are there to help. But most of the guys from Ledford are usually easy going and helpful. Keep up the good work and continue to hire the best employees!

I can’t say enough great things about Ledford’s Termite & Pest Control! From the moment I called, their customer service was top-notch—friendly, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. The technician arrived right on time, explained everything clearly, and took the time to thoroughly inspect and treat the property. What really impressed me was how professional and respectful they were throughout the entire process. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’ve had zero pest issues since their visit, and it’s such a relief knowing my home is protected. Highly recommend Ledford’s if you’re looking for reliable, honest, and effective pest control. Piss Poor customer services from this company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I contacted this company to get my rental home sprayed for german roaches and my parents home around the corner for a regular service. 2 weeks later the exterminator comes out to do the follow ups and he explained to my mom and me that BOTH follow ups would be free. A week later I get a bill for $95. I Immediately called the office and explained to her that the service tech stated it was a free follow up for both properties. Instead of waiving the fee for a mistake the tech may have made, the receptionist refused and went back and forth with me and my mom for 30 minutes. My mom finally agreed to pay half of the cost because the receptionist would not let it go and get the home sprayed 1 final time and because my mom was a few minutes late to the appointment, they cancelled the appointment became really rude to my 70 year old mother and told her they will not service our family again simply for her being a little late, which is a shame they can talk to customers that way especially elders and I’m sure many customers are a little late at times and they just reschedule them. Maybe certain customers get different treatment.. I asked to speak to the owner to resolve this issue before all of this and the receptionist refused to give me their contact information so obviously they are okay with this behavior if she has the power to make those kinds of decisions.

I called Ledford’s back with ants showing up in the workshop. Nelson came out, showed me where he was attacking them, fully treated the entire perimeter and I have not seen any since. Nelson did an Excellent job giving me confidence in his work and professionalism. Ledford’s does EXCELLENT Work!! Thank you! Great work from Savion again as he treats our yard. He super polite and does a solid yard treatment Really appreciate your employees!

I contacted Ledford for a CL-100 inspection during the purchase of a house and they were easy and wonderful to work with as well as prices very reasonably. A few months later I reached out to them for general pest services and a termite bond. Again, they were very reasonably priced quick to come out and service the property. The service men arrived promptly as per the set appointment time and were friendly and very knowledgeable. (Les for quarterly service, Dylan and Josh for annual termite treatment) I highly recommend Ledford for all your pest services and needs.

We've used Ledford's for years for our quarterly and all our pest control needs. They charge the best price and any issues I've ever had, they have always been quick to make it right. Speaking of our quarterly, we have the same technician, Tony. Tony is such a nice guy and we love seeing him come every quarter. He is always helpful with tips and tricks to deal with certain pests. Definitely use Ledford's if you want something affordable, great quality, and great service!
