Jamison Pest and Lawn

I have been utilizing Jamison Pest and Lawn service for my pest and lawn care needs for several years and have consistently been a satisfied customer. They demonstrate a genuine concern for the well-being of my lawn and collaborate with me to ensure it maintains a lush and vibrant appearance. Whenever my lawn appears unhealthy, Jamison efficiently schedules the necessary attention. Recently, an infestation of Cinch bugs severely damaged my zoysia grass, reducing it to bare dirt. Jamison promptly sprayed my lawn both before and after the installation of new sod. As a result, my lawn now looks exceptional. I am extending my gratitude to Pat and Jeff for their responsiveness, effective lawn treatments, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

So everyone knows what happened—I'm a landlord, and once the tenant moved out, I notified Jamison's of the reason and canceled services. Nine months later, I received a collections notice without any prior communication, saying I owed $180 to Jamison's. After notifying collections of the mistake, I called Jamison's. The younger manager, Will, told me that since they attempted to contact the previous tenant, that counted as their due diligence before sending the account to collections. I asked why they didn’t call, email, or send me a letter. He said there was no need because they had "attemlted" contact with the tenant. He then added that he’s "been doing it this way for a while" and that I shouldn’t tell him how to do his job! His attitude was so poor and condescending that I told him so. He then became even more rude, and when I asked to speak to his father, he said, "He doesn’t want to talk to you!" and hung up, but not before saying he didn’t want my business. The refund he is talking about is, before I spoke to Will, I spoke to a much nicer gentleman, and solely out of kindness, I paid Jamison's, through that man, 1/2 ($90) of the money they claimed I owed just because I really liked the company and the man's attitude/ customer service skills. So, I didn't mind paying half since they did apparently still treat the yard, though I never received any notice of it being done. However, after speaking to Will, I requested the $90 back because I truly owed nothing, it was 100% their mistake, and Will refused to accept any accountability for himself, the company, or his employee for not properly closing my account. Being a service member, it was disgusting to hear/witness such childish behavior coming from a grown man managing this multimillion dollar company. I'm not sure what he was going through that day, but he definitely needs some work on his customer service skills and to learn how to take responsibility and accountability when he or Jamison's is in the wrong.

Great company, usually use them for mosquitos, but needed them for something else today. Ron was great; nice, knowledgeable and likes dogs. Just love how easy Jamison P&L are to work with.

I cannot recommend Jamison Pest and Lawn enough!!! They are never hard to get a hold of! They always do what they say they are going to do. Great people. Lake is an incredible rep, very knowledgeable and reliable! They will have our family’s business time and time again!!

They have provided termite inspections for me, for many years. When there is an issue they resolved it promptly. I would recommend them, because they are a reputable company that does a great job.

I do not recommend this company. They did not do any follow up on my the Pests control and Lawn care services hired and the quality of the service and materials are deficient, I am so disappointed to hired them. Regarding to the Pest control, they came 2 times for the same issue with the insects, and it did not improved. And, for the lawn care, they told me that will come every 6 weeks and just came 2 times and then never showed up again, I lost my money hiring them.
