I recently bought a home and started receiving invoices in the mail with my name on them stating I was 30 days, then 60 days overdue on a $163 payment on my account. I've never done business with this company. When I called them, they said the prior owners had used their company and that this was an "advertisement" for me to continue services. In my opinion, this is extremely deceptive business tactic, and because of such I will never use this company.

We had a major ant infestation in our motorhome, and store remedies were not doing much. So we had the experts come in. Showed up on time and quickly treated for ants while giving me advice on how to prevent future issues and treating future problems. The ant colony is still dying 2 weeks after treatment, but seeing less everyday.

Just built my home, which DA provided the new construction termite treatment (pre and post construction treatment) on 10/11/22 and 9/22/23, consecutively. Moved in in July 2023. They sent me a contract renewal bill for $185 due 10/11/23. I forgot about it, until May, when I called to see if I could still renew I was told I would need to have a new inspection, re-treatment and a new contract. The inspection found no termites (DUH!) and the Quote was for $1200 for re-treatment and $237 yearly after that! RIDICULOUS! I mean their last treatment on my home was done ONE MONTH before the contract expiration date! No morals or loyalty to customers. Greedy company! 0/10- DO NOT RECOMMEND!

D A Exterminators, always within a few minutes of appointment time, always willing to take the time to explain what they will do or have done, and always reasonable with their charges. We had a termite contract with a different company when we bought this house. Within six months I cancelled with them and contacted DA.

DA has been our exterminator for bugs and terminates since 2005. We seldom see a bug inside. If we do, they come out and respray in a timely manner. They're easy to work with too!

I had a great experience over the phone with Donnie today. She was a pleasure to chat with. She was so nice and helped me schedule my annual inspection. She just seemed like she cared about helping me and made me feel happy to talk with her!!! Thanks.

Have had a contract for several years. They do a very thorough inspection and spray every year. They even give me advice on how to further protect my property. It was too wet to spray today so they volunteered to come back another day.
