We decided to go with one of the plans and he was ready with everything he needed, got the job done quick and efficiently, he was also respectful of the property and family members. David provided excellent customer service, was very informative about the process of the bee removal/hive service. He also let me record him in his Bee Fighting Suit lol … great seamless process. We even signed up for the monthly pest control service. The Customer experience goes a long way and David absolutely represented Excel well.
