Michael from Massey Services was fantastic! He showed up early, which we really appreciated—it meant we didn’t have to wait around all day. He was kind, professional, and took the time to explain the entire process clearly. It’s always a relief when service feels this smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

He is extremely diligent, performs completely and always offers us friendly greetings and checks to see if we have any concerns. Trust is business. To start with, the technicians were great but the response time from Massey is hard to explain in words. I can trust the technicians ability and expertise but the promises on service dates from Massey are not kept. As part of my preliminary complimentary service appointment from my builder & Massey - I had to call/schedule nearly 4 times but finally one technician showed up to cover up the missed appointment (job not fully done). During the calls, the response from Massey Customer care was unsatisfactory as the "full first service will be done only if a customer signs up for a year." Overall, the technicians were super helpful in feeding me knowledge and they even took care of a snake when they were here. Thanks to Bob(Denton Service Center). Customer service and response rate is not that great to me. I would recommend to try as the technicians/inspectors are phenomenal but be cautious about the response times/appointments. ..

Excellent service year after year. Jordan our technician is polite, friendly and thorough. He is very respectful to our property. His recommendations for mosquito and pest control have made our backyard a place of comfort year round. Jordan recommended a termite evaluation. Brent Lowery thoroughly evaluated our home, answered all our questions and recommended services that will protect our home and investment. Massey has proven that customer service is their one priority!

I have had Brett, and Jaylon and now Brent. Brent was amazing. His first time here and he was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Please send only him back next time lol.

Michael is always so very courteous thoughtful informative and prompt. He has a great attitude about his job. What an asset he is for Massey!
