Xavier communicated on his arrival time. He was easy to talk to, asked about my concerns or any potential problem areas. Xavier also alerted to not let our dogs out for a little bit, so they aren’t exposed to the spray he put down. Highly recommend, great conversation, and was very informative with making sure to keep our pets safe!

Sarah did an amazing job today. She focused on concerns I had around some of our dense plants and trees. I really appreciate the attention to detail and A concern for getting it right every time they come out here! Being able to call Saela back to have a reservice if I need it Is very much appreciated!

Be aware, this company will sell you on a "no contract" deal but you will be locked into a contract. I did not find their sale tactics to honest. I asked to speak a supervisor and/or manager, but customer service made it seem like this would be a challenge. I will edit this review when I get more feedback from management.

AMAZING service!!! Thrilled with the product (keeps the 8 legged critters OUTSIDE our home)! The Techs are always outstanding ~ professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly personable! (Megan S. gets 10 STARS from us for her superior service - Thank you SO MUCH!!)

Julian was one of the best techs who has serviced our home. He was personable and polite and did a great job. He is a hard worker, especially in this heat. I'd love for him to be our tech for every service, and it would be great if Saela could fix the a/c in his van. He deserves $10 at least!!

Kevin did a great job at our house today! He looked over all the nooks & crannies to make sure no bugs were hiding out in & around our house. We truly appreciate his help in keeping bugs out!

Carl has been the best we've had!!! He took time in everything...from wiping away cobwebs and potential nests to explaining to me which vole traps were seeing the most activity. He sprayed our basement and main level. And....he was very nice and thorough! Thank you!
