Truly Nolen Miami exceeded my expectations! Francisco Sanchez from Branch 81 was incredible—professional, very detailed, and extremely informative. He walked me through everything with patience and clarity, and his customer service was exceptional from start to finish. I truly appreciate the level of care he put into the visit. Definitely recommend Francisco and the Truly Nolen Miami team!

I just want to say Andrew has been coming to service our house for a long time and we appreciate that he always does his best to take care of our needs in this arena. He is always cheerful, whether rain, shine or heat. He is always reliable, and for years has called the night before to let us know he was coming. He is a people person, always clear and patient when we ask questions (which is often enough!) about issues we may be having. That is the personal and professional example of someone who goes above and beyond to please the customer. In fact, even my former neighbor hired NW and Andrew to service her house next door bc we recommended him. I wouldn't want to lose him, nor should you, but I believe that Andrew should be promoted. He has the skills, knowledge and ability to be a manager and trainer. Perhaps he could be a manager and still retain some in person customers like us, that would be ideal!

Amazingly professional service by Travis S. and Javier H. during their work at my mother's house. They provided a most thorough Termite spray of the entire property while making it a point to keep the entire family informed. Because my mom is advanced in age, Travis and Javier kept the whole family informed of what they found, how it affected the structure of the house, what may need to be repaired, and even provided pictures to illustrate what they were seeing. They went above and beyond!!

We’ve been using this company for 10 years. Our technician, Andrew at the Doral office, is professional, friendly and knows his stuff. He’s taken care of our home almost as long as we’ve had Northwestern and he’s really part of the family.
