Matt Kelly is a hard working, genuine and nice technician. Always enjoy the conversations we have and he is very informative on any questions I may have. He takes care of my home as if it was his own and I appreciate that.

If I was able to give Devin, the technician zero stars I would. Today was the second time he serviced my home and nobody was present either time. The first time, I was suspicious he did not sweep the cobwebs which is part of the service, so I armed my exterior cameras today. As I expected, he only sprayed around the house and left. I called the company to complain and was told his manager would call me on Monday since he was out of town. Apparently, the receptionist told him I complained and about 20 minutes later this technician called me. He tried to explain away his lack of sweeping the cobwebs by telling me he sprays first and if he doesn’t see any cobwebs he leaves. Well this is a quarterly service and spiders don’t spin webs over a three month period, yeah right. I get home about 2 hours after the service and I checked for cobwebs since he said there were not any. He must be blind because I didn’t have any trouble finding and taking pics. I know this could be viewed as a small issue, but if he would lie about this then what else would he lie about. I included just a few pics of the nonexistent cobwebs.

Michael T. was awesome. I have never seen roaches before and I was very very afraid, and Michael came and thoughtfully explained to me where they could have come from. He helped dispose of the roaches and calmed me down. I appreciate the above and beyond work by Michael, can’t go wrong!

Daniel Champine has been our quarterly Pest and Termite Technician for the last few years. Today, he went above and beyond when he arrived for scheduled service. I am normally at home when he comes by, and today I was out. Since I am an older customer in my 70's, he went out of his way to call me to make sure I was safe and there were no safety or health issues. That was extraordinary. Most techs for businesses do not go the extra mile to make sure their customers are safe. Daniel was thoughtful, concerned and very attentive to detail in verifying my safety. Cannot say enough good things about him and Pest and Termite.

Michael did a great job. Always courteous and on time. Have used this company over the last year and they have been excellent. Billing is straightforward. If there are issues they will come out right away. Highly recommend.
