I have used Swanson’s a number of times over a 30 year period. Originally I needed help getting rid of ants in the kitchen ( ! once !). The other service calls were for sugar ants outside but near the house. Once or twice carpenter ants were also found & treated with the ants. All the following years I only had them do a 1 time service & it always worked. Plus they include 2 follow up visits to their one time treatments. They coached me on steps I could take to reduce the ants attraction to "homesteading" inside. My last few service calls were handled by Daniel. I saw him every 2 -3 years on average. (I am okay with ants outside until they get right next to the house.) He was respectful of my safety concerns, transparent in giving info, calm & professional & never tried to oversell their services. He explained things clearly & gave me the options & his recommendations. He asked for coaching from his supervisor by phone to tap into his knowledge base. All in all, he inspires confidence in Swanson services. (Daniel is a great representative for Swanson’s.)

Have been a customer since 2007 and very satisfied with the actual service but totally unhappy with the office customer service. I have a credit card on file for processing each service call and over the years had to call the office to remind them to apply it. Some months ago there were 2 bills outstanding so the office cancelled my service with no call or notice to me. Then 3 months later used the credit card to pay the balance. Since the service is often done while we are not home, I did not notice the cutoff and then called the office. She stated that the account was stopped for non-payment and blamed me. I had a second call and another person confirmed they still had my valid credit card on file. On that 2nd call, I left a message for the service person to call to start again but have heard nothing for weeks.

A heartfelt thank you to Troy for taking the time to precisely diagnose the pest problem so that I can find long-lasting solutions. Three other companies were gung ho to kill the pests to deal with the immediate problem, but didn’t take time to figure out where the pests entered and why. Troy’s inspection was completely different - thorough and careful. He was very knowledgable, patient and kind.

We have been with Swansons for years and I love their attention to detail when taking care of our home and its bug needs. I love that I almost always have the same technician and he calls the night before service to check on how things are going before coming out. 10 out of 10 reccomend

We have been customers for over 20 years, with a prepaid service. Unfortunately, this past year has seen a dramatic decline in quality of service. We have made 3 phone calls, and had the manager come out here to see where several areas had obviously been skipped on our properties. Today, the receipt for service was placed inside the doorframe immediately adjacent to the front porch light that they claimed had been dewebbed. So frustrating to see how much money I spend for this low level of detail.
