This company is a total mess. There is very poor communication between the office and the field technicians which leads to scheduling mishaps a lot! I initially liked the idea of this subscription, having as many treatments done as needed, not just one..but after watching video of the technicians failing to clean spiderwebs and then leave my gates open for my dogs to get out or anyone passing by to take a stroll through my backyard, I said enough is enough. Be careful, no matter how bad their service is you cannot get out of this contract without penalties. Doesn’t seem right to me if they aren’t meeting their contract agreement. Steer clear!

Parker was great. Was very detailed and specific what he was going to do to treat our ant issues. Would like to request him again on our next treatment.

Ethan recently came to my home for pest control service, and I have to say—he did an absolutely fantastic job! He was professional, thorough, and made sure every concern I had was addressed. His attention to detail and friendly attitude really stood out, and it’s rare to find someone so dedicated to their work. I was disappointed to hear that Ethan may not be assigned to my home again because of route changes. I would like to kindly request his manager to make an exception and continue sending Ethan for my services. He has set such a high standard, and I truly trust his work. Jacob C. I was really happy with Jacob‘s work ethic. He was very polite. He did exactly what he was supposed to do and More, he asked if there is anything else you would like me to do and he wasn’t gonna leave until everyone was happy, and he was very polite. I like that the most of all, he was very polite and not trying to hurry up and get out of here he was mellow and doing what he needed to do,I really like… people these days don’t do that no more. I have never ever gave a compliment to anyone in my whole life… , I complimented people lol but not online and compliment them through google. Everyone have a great day thank you Jacob for everything you’ve done.

I may not have been there in person, but Al did a wonderful job staying in touch. He called ahead to remind us about our appointment and checked to see if we had any questions or concerns. He also left really helpful notes afterward. I truly appreciate the clear communication and the extra effort—thank you, Pest Solutions!

Ethan and Jose were incredible. Ethan saved face for this company I will surely have to say. Lack of order and communion from the business services aspect of insight caused them to almost loose our business until Ethan arrived. These two techs, especially Ethan (I didn’t speak too much to Jose) had top notch knowledge and confidence. Way to go field team.
