1. Our cameras showed that rats were going from our tree branches onto our roof. We heard noise in our attic at night. We called the rodent specialist and the tech came out the same day. He trimmed the tree branches away from our home, then closed up all the possible entry points. Jeremy did a great job. He was very professional, and he shared a lot of knowledge with us. The appointments were on time. The price was fair. We no longer have rats. Highly recommend this company. They have been in business for 35 years . 10. Stars. !

We discovered a rat issue recently and after reviewing several rodent removal companies went with what looked to be the best reviewed companies, Trapper Johns. They immediately sent out Chris, who explained the process in detail and after agreeing to what we thought was a reasonable price. Chris went to work doing a complete inspection of our interior attic area and exterior roof to determine where the rats were getting in. Chris ended up sealing several issues with the roof and setting numerous traps in the attic for the rats. Several days later Chris returned and removed the captured rats and then sanitized the attic area. We could not be happier with the results and Chris was a true professional. God forbid we have any further issues in the future we will be contacting Trapper John immediately. Thanks Chris

Technician Chris did an excellent, efficient job in sealing up my home from tree rats. He came promptly to inspect finding evidence of rats in my attic after I had heard squeaking in my walls in my bedroom. So, he quickly laid out traps + poison food and right away wired off all vents to prevent any creatures visiting day or night. Ten days later, I don't hear any squeaking in the walls of my house. He found no new rat evidence and quickly sanitized the attic. He is friendly, courteous and works quickly. He clearly explains everything
