Most recently, Michael Barrs has been consistently treating our home, and we are so happy with his assistance in keeping the yard pest free. He also helped us with our ground bee hive, and we haven’t had any issues since. He was very informative and explained the entire process. Our technician, Michael showed up on time. Spoke to him about our concerns. He addressed every issue I spoke to him about. Service was good and Michael was very efficient. He found a wasp nest in our shed roof and took it down. I would recommend Sigma Pest control to anyone.

Michael Barss conducted my monthly service today. As always, he did an excellent job. He was able to answer all my questions. One of which I asked if there was a need to winterize my In2care Mosquito Trap. He wasn't sure, but got the answer before he completed the service appointment, and turns out it is a turn-in after the end of the season. So he took back the Trap so it doesn't get damaged over the winter. So I am all set next year when it is time to re-establish the trap next season. I also had been meaning to ask whether he had seen any evidence that the trap was being used by mosquitoes. He confirmed that it was indeed being used. My trap had been visited by Deer several times over the last season, and I tried to take measures to prevent it, but the deer still managed to get into the Trap several times over the summer. The Trap still seemed to be working as I saw a lot fewer mosquitoes than I had ever seen. I made a way to secure it better for next season, so it should be even more effective. This will ensure that the deer can't knock it over or even drink out of it and mess up the top, so it should work a lot better next year. Other than that, the service went as smoothly as it always does, and the service was completed.
