I highly recommend this company. Steven was amazing, informative and personable. As a first time home owner he explained the process of flea removal and how to keep it from reoccurring. He is an amazing company owner and I highly recommend using Optimum Pest Control for their excellent service.

Steve and his partner were absolutely fantastic! I scoured Google for someone to help me with my mouse infestation. I wasn’t very knowledgeable and let my problem go get too long. Steve to the rescue! He was able to wiggle me in sooner due the crucial status of my problem. And boy was it a problem! So much so, that I was seeing them quite frequently running around. He showed up on time and walked through the house with me. He taught me more about mice and the situation. It was very insightful and kind of embarrassing for me, having been so ignorant until it was unbearable. Steve laid out a variety of traps in several locations throughout my house. He also inspected the outside and sealed any potential entry points from the outside and within. He was extremely thorough. So thorough, that within 5-10 mins of him leaving - WE GOT ONE! Terrible, I know. Steve maintained communication and checked up on the situation. After a few weeks, he came back out to discover that the mice were taking to all of his traps very nicely! And I had already seen less mice at this point. He refilled everything and told me to keep him posted. A couple more weeks went by and I saw a few more - but it was because they were running out of places to hide and all entry points closed. Steve sent his partner out (Mike?) to check on things and get a second set of eyes on my situation. His partner also refilled things and shared his experiences and knowledge with me. We even found a freshly deceased mouse when he came in. Since the last visit, I have seen no mice and there doesn’t seem to be much of anything happening in my home now. No sight of droppings either. Steve explained that I had a pretty bad case (and I definitely agree). I am impressed with their work and can definitely see that they enjoy what they do and will see the job through! Hopefully I won’t need them in the future - but if I do, Steve has my business! His pricing is fair and I am so glad there are still people out there who love their job and genuinely care for their clients. Thanks guys!
