Bellas Exterminator

I reached out to this company based on positive reviews, but my experience on the phone wasn’t very smooth. The representative was difficult to talk to, and when I explained that I needed pest control to coordinate with a roofing company we’re hiring for a potential rodent issue, I was told they couldn’t schedule in advance. Instead, they advised me to call back just a few days before the roofing work. I found this approach frustrating, since scheduling ahead of time seemed like it would make coordination easier.

They responded quickly to my needs, securing my home and placing traps to address a rodent issue I was dealing with. Their friendliness and personable approach immediately put me at ease during what was a very stressful situation. We have been a customer with Bella for about 4 years now; as we found that big chain/nationwide companies do not give the same personal service that Bella does. They are always on time, professional and very friendly. If I have an issue they come same day or next day! HOLY COW!!! I thought we had a broken sewer line because of the odor, but it turned out to be a dead possum!!! I took my chances and reached out to a local exterminator, and he showed up on time, when he said he would, got the job done, and checked all vents. He made recommendations on how to secure the crawl space and was done within 20 minutes. Nice, clean, quick, cordial, and reasonably priced. GREAT JOB and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
