Pest Innovations

I've called them three times and I've emailed them because they've missed a spot they have not bothered to return my call or contact me. They're starting to sound like the other pest control company that we took to court and sued.

I have used Pest Innovation twice, and they have done a great job. Office Staff is very helpful and friendly. Thank you Octavio for serving my home. You conducted a though assessment of the problem and delivered results.

Called Pest Innovations after my tenant came home to find wasps had decided to sublet her apartment without signing a lease agreement. They were able to have a technician, Peter, come out same day to exterminate the wasps and spray the outside to prevent more from coming in. Peter was great, he was professional did a thorough investigation to find where they were coming in and cleaned up after himself. Thanks so much for the great support. I’ll definitely be reaching out to Pest Innovations again the next time I have any issues at my property.

Peter is a great technician. He not only gave me a heads-up of his eta, but also was very patient with all our concerns. He wasn't pushing to leave or annoyed that we were asking the same questions more than once when he found our flea situation.He was quick, patient, and super knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for anybody else if they have a pest issue.

Carlos showed up on time, & called before the appointment to let us know he was on his way. He inspected the house for termites, was thorough & clear as to findings & what needed to be done. I was very happy with his service.

Peter is excellent. He makes sure our dogs are indoors and he always asks if we have any current concerns or anything extra we Would like him to do. He is also very personable.
