My 1 year lease was up at the end of August, emailed the lady that we signed our lease with to let her know that we would be moving out and WON'T be renewing the lease. She never responded so I am currently being charged for 2 months of rent (September and October) on top of late fees and now they are saying I owe thousands of dollars when I dont even live there anymore. Have tried to call the office multiple times but nobody ever answers. Would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Also, many of the apartments in the same building have the exact same keys, and our neighbors smoked cigarettes inside all the time. Awful place. Will be taking legal action in order to get my money back for the 2 months of rent that I havent even lived there for.

Everything about this place is horrible. Don't even know where to begin. There is people throwing bottles in the parking lot and being loud and noisy with car alarms going off at 12:30 at night, slum lords doesnt even come close to describing how they take care of the place. It's the most expensive place to live in town and the rent keeps going up and up and up. They make all these excuses as to why they are nickel and dimming there tenants and they like nickle and dimming everyone. The utilities are not paid for in fact everyone's electric bill went up double w/out no explanation as to why. They charge these amounts to you and they can charge pretty much anything even though they say it has to do w/how many people are in the building and what the square feet of the place you are renting is. No that is not how it works, they are charging people whatever they want for the utilities they refuse to give us any of the numbers to let us know how they are charging us for anything, and that is what is called EXTORTION. The greedy person who owns this place won't do any maintenance work and its always really dirty inside the hallways. People are always smoking weed and cooking whatever in there places and they don't do anything about it. Always trying to get every penny from the people that live here. This review is for Grandview Plaza in Great Falls, MT. Somehow they must have paid to get this review on someone else in NV IDK how.

So I moved into a two bedroom apartment at grandview plaza in great falls mt and if im being honest, it has so far been the worst living arangements I've ever put myself into. This is majorly in part to the absolutely rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, lazy and absent management. To begin, after signing my lease I went to the management office to pick up my keys. Upon entering the facility I was greater by the overwhelming smell of Marijuana and two noticeable high property managers. This was the first sign that things were not going to go to well as they were lethargic and rude through the whole encounter. After conducting my apartment inspection list and noting several problems I took my list to the managers who agreed that a work order should not be opened up and that they would just fix it so as not to get in trouble for leaving them unfixed before leasing. More than 30 days went by and the problems had still not been corrected. After engaging again they pushed the blame on me saying I should have opened a work order... so I did. Shortly after that and several phone calls to the maintenance man, who might i add is an absolutely phenomenal asset to this complex, the problems were corrected. Following this i have called to file several complaints of people smoking inside the apartment complex, both witnessed and smelled, which still to this day has not been handled once(3 months approximately 10 complaints). The shared hallways and stairwells have gathered trash and grime from inconsiderate residents who don't clean up after themselves and no cleaning service has cleaned the messes. Onto the next apartment "fixit" issue, during a rainstorm I had a leak coming through my light socket with a steady flow of water. I immediately called for emergency maintenance and a work order was opened up. I was told it was fixed but it wasn't as another rainstorm proved. I had another workorder opened which has still been open for 2 weeks with no sign of getting fixed anytime soon. This is a safety and fire hazard that MUST be fixed. The next problem is the entire facility i live in has been without hot water for 6 days now! When engaged with management people are told it will get fixed when it gets fixed. In conclusion if you are considering this place for your living quarters, consider again because like me, you might realize it is a terrible decision. Whoever is the owner or overall management for this facility really needs to look into how their people are running this place.

Do Not Rent from this property management!!! Cheryl is extremely rude, they will screw you over even if you get signed off for good condition upon moving out and they do not care about their tenants. Once upon a time they had an awesome property manager, not anymore.

Not military friendly at all, had problems from day 1. The whole 10 months I lived there staff was awful as well as I’m being charged and currently fighting months later for "breaking" my lease even though I left on military orderes.
