Presto-X Pest Control

Chris Gama came today to do an inspection. He was very professional. He was extremely pleasant, friendly and well informed. He went room by room telling me what I needed to do to in preparation for the technicians to come in a couple of weeks. He also gave me a paper listing what our preparation in this process involved. He also gave me his card so that I could call him with questions. I've already started my list of questions. It's a lot to take in when you find you have bed bugs. As far as cost, it was more than I expected but it will be worth every penny when this issue disappears. Anxiety is high but he calmed me right down. He represents Terminix/McCloud Pest Control at the highest standard. I was extremely impressed by him. You need to hang on to Chris.

We had a big problem with spiders! Presto-X sprayed the exterior of the home and the spider population has decreased significantly. Thank you for helping our dog enjoy her time outside without pests!

We couldn’t be more pleased with Presto-X Pest Control! The housefly population was much more manageable this year. They came again this fall to spray so we should be clear in the spring, based on last year. The technician also offered to look at a wood rot situation to check for termites, something I hadn’t noticed. Their service is consistently excellent, and the peace of mind they’ve given us is priceless. Highly recommend! We opted for the $40/month plan to fit better into our budgeting.

Jody provided excellent service, arriving promptly and thoroughly spraying our home and bushes to address our pest issue. He’s knowledgeable, courteous, and takes the time to explain his process. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are impressive.

Gregory came today to do our monthly preventive spray. Gregory is very pleasant and very professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

Tony Darts & Ken Franklin have been excellent to work with in getting rid of the ants at our office! We started seeing them during the spring, and ever since we began using their services, the ants haven’t come back. They’ve been responsive, professional, and effective. Highly recommend
