Service technician was Christian. Extremely helpful and customer service oriented. Briefed us thoroughly on everything he did and made sure we weren’t having any other recurring pest issues. Made sure we knew that we could call anytime we needed them to come back for any problems before our next quarterly service. Very satisfied with this service. Please give Christian a raise!!!

I have utilized this company for 2 of my homes for over 15 years. This company has proven to be the best and they put the customer first. My most recent technician Leo is a true professional. He takes care of my home well and is very knowledgeable about whatever I ask. He is patient and leaves me satisfied everytime! I really how he sticks around because he is a trusted professional!

I had a gentle man come exterminate my home and he did a wonderful job. Usually is Cassidy she was out of town so they sent Joseph and he was expectacular reached every spot of the home and he even cleaned my windows and sprayed them down. Also very Respectful gentleman.

Hometeam has been treating my home since I purchased in 2003. Anytime I had an issue or concern they made to to stop by or resolve. I will say outside of a few ants I have never had a pest problem while utilizing Hometeam Pest Defense and would highly recommend!

Horrible. I moved into a new house in February, started service in March/April, and even though an interim service has been provided, spiders have persisted. They don’t treat the entire home, instead rely on some built in wall system that’s about as effective as dirt on the ground. I’ve never had this issue with any pest control service before, and I’m having to do more work trying to kill pests that keep coming into my home.
