Excellent service! Pearl worked with me on the phone gave me a quote and the price matched when exterminator arrived. All promises met. James treated our home inside and out. He was friendly and explained everything he was doing. He arrived on time and made sure that he took care of our problem areas and then some. So, happy to be back with Orkin! Tried a few other companies here in Conroe. Orkin is definitely the most dependable and following through with coming back if needed. No hidden fees…Also Communication is great! Thank you James & Pearl!! You made our life a little easier! lol!

I have had a great experience with Orkin from the moment I called, the full thorough and detailed inspection of my home to address my concerns all the way to the gentleman that got the job done today! I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the service I received from everyone to this point. Timely manner, efficient and professional. They made me feel safe in a moment of unease.

I’m very unsatisfied with Orkin when I first called them to my home I was quoted 250$ for first 2 visits, but I had to call them back because some stuff wasn’t done on second visit. When I paid 250$ for my first 2 visits I was told my monthly payment would be anywhere from 45$ to 55$. When i got service on the November 5th I asked technician how much I owe I was told 130$ I asked why 130$ he said because I opted out of automatic payments, I told him yes I did because I was being charged for a service that hadn’t been done yet. So id prefer to pay once my service was done not whenever they want to collect for future services. Then I was told I was being charged for Quarterly service which I never asked for, then I was told id receive a call from his manager which I never did just a bill in the mail. I seen orkin in August never seen them again until November 5th so I said why am I being charged for services I never received. I got a few different reasons for the charges, first because I didn’t want automatic charges being pulled out before I received my service of my home, then because I’m Quarterly which I’m not or I would of received a service in September and October and November which I didn’t. I’m very unhappy about this charge for a service I never received and the different reasons to the charges I definitely wouldn’t recommend orkin. Very unfair I feel like they are just trying to take money from me. If I received the service I would pay but I don’t receive no service for my home in 2 months but I owe, is what they are saying very unprofessional and to think I was a referral to them to be dishonest about their services and payments.

This has to be the best orkin location. They have good ratings for a reason, when so many other locations don’t. So I was nervous when I called for an inspection after a neighbor warned us of rats. I was so grateful and happy to have received Aaron for the inspection. I wasn’t expecting to get such an honest technician. After the inspection he said we have no rats, which was a relief. I’ve heard of other companies tell people they have rats or termites when they don’t. Since it’s so easy to scam and say they do have termites etc. The honesty and integrity I saw in Aaron made me want to leave a review.

Orkin is great! We’re in a brand new neighborhood and at least once a month someone comes by trying to sell their services. I always stop them and say we’ve had Orkin for 30 years. We’ll have Orkin until we die. Richard is great and Chris Jones in I think the Fort Worth office is where he works out of now is great. These guys surely don’t get paid nearly enough for what they do. Both are great guys And I know if something comes up all we have to do is call and you’ll come back and fix it or take care of it if it’s new. I wish more companies were like this!

Abraham was absolutely awesome! Let me know he was on his way and before he knocked incase I had dogs (which I do lol). He was quick, kind, informative, super friendly and overall was just amazing. I am very satisfied with the service and am looking forward to starting my subscription with Orkin.

The service is great and effective. For years I have had problems with wasps constantly entering the house and mosquitoes congregating at the front and back doors. Not anymore! Johnny is always on time and is both informative and efficient.
