My appointment was from 10 AM to 2 PM and Antoine showed up at 9:55 am. He introduced himself and explained what he was going to do and made sure I understood to not enter my home for two hours after he was done. He was done in about fifteen minutes and we both left my home. WELL DONE AND PROFESSIONAL!
