Huston did an amazing job caring for us and our home. My wife got called to an appointment, so Huston started on the exterior, even though we were getting full service interior and exterior. My wife made it home in time as Huston was finishing the exteriors, and made sure that we got the service we needed. Quell has always taken care of us and is a local company, which makes me feel as though I can call with my needs any time. Definitely recommend their service!

Tuve una mala experiencia con Quell Pest Control en Irving, TX. En julio firmé digitalmente una factura por un servicio de fumigación de un solo día, pero nunca me informaron que se trataba de un contrato por 12 meses. Hoy, meses después, me entero de que me registraron en un contrato anual sin mi autorización. Me siento engañada porque el representante nunca mencionó ningún compromiso a largo plazo, solo un servicio puntual. Cuando firmé, el documento parecía una simple factura, no un contrato. No recomiendo esta compañía por su falta de transparencia y por obtener firmas de forma engañosa . Son muchos los clientes que se quejan por lo mismo no deberían tener licencia para trabajar . Ahora quieren que les pague 150 para cancelar lo que es una factura no contrato , la estructura es de factura por eso te engañan ni cuenta te das, no tiene ni un número de servicio , no se acerca a un documento de contrato y descaradamente te dicen que no tienes cómo probar que no firmaste el supuesto contrato . Recomiendo a otros clientes leer con mucho cuidado antes de firmar, y exigir copia de cualquier documento antes de aceptar el servicio.

I just had my pest control service completed by Antonio, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Kordell the pest technician that came the next day for initial service was absolutely fantastic! He arrived on time, was extremely professional, and took the time to explain everything in detail. His thoroughness and attention to detail were truly impressive. Not only did he do excellent work, but he was also incredibly polite and friendly throughout the entire visit. It’s clear that he takes pride in what he does. I highly recommend Kordell for anyone needing quality pest control service! So far very impressed with the service I have received. Look forward to a pest free home thanks to these guys.

I want to make this very clear: I am satisfied with Austin as a technician, but I am extremely dissatisfied with your company’s procedure and results. Every single day I still see ants inside my house and dead ants outside. It has already been over 4–5 weeks since the first treatment. At that time, your staff (or manager) told me to wait 3–4 weeks for the ants to disappear. I have waited patiently, but the ants are still here. I signed a contract with your company to eliminate the ants, not just to see someone come, spray a little, put a few gel spots, and leave. That is not acceptable. I expect your company to take responsibility and continue proper service until the ants are completely gone. Otherwise, I will have to escalate this issue further.

Martin is the absolute best! My father always talks about how he provides great service and today i saw it for myself. Not only does he care for the customer but your dogs too! How awesome that he gave our dog a treat.

Excellent service from Quell Pest Control. Chris arrived on time, was professional, and took the time to explain the treatment clearly. He was thorough, efficient, and respectful of our home. Great experience overall and I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable pest control.
