B & B Exterminating

We've been doing business with BNB for 3 years now and it's likely time for a change. A technician came out 10/6/25 for the annual inspection/treatment. He spent 15 mins and we were charged $308, $1232 p/hr, for a generic look around. He pulled out his iPhone flashlight(!) to inspect inside of our home and I said no use my bright flashlight. He had no mirror or anything to assist in this inspection and did not request us to move anything for a more detailed review. In the past, they have inspected the attic as well, which he was not going to do until I insisted. Being 45 years in a highly technical career I knew he had very little technical understanding and experience but BNB believes their customer base is fair game to charge this outrageous amount for a subpar service. The outside home inspection was, again, a basic walkaround, no Permethrin Granule treatment like previous years and I was told (by phone call to BNB) that it was too expensive for BNB to apply. So overall less service for same pricing. That's the below average work ethic you're paying for with BNB. I called BNB about this and the young lady said Shane was to call me back to discuss everything with me. He did not. A poor decision on my part to have continued this relationship.

The technicians are incredibly kind, polite, and careful to respect property. They really make the application process as easy as possible for the customer. Highly recommend!

Great company and team! They helped me coordinate my WDO inspection and set up a termite plan for my remodeled home. Excellent customer service and very easy to communicate with throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Just moved into a brand new home here in Florida, and on day one I spotted ants everywhere—mostly going after my dog’s food in the pantry. Since B&B had already done the termite treatment for the house, I gave them a call. They came out quickly, took care of it, and I haven’t seen a single ant since. The service was professional, the team was great, and the pricing felt very fair. Highly recommend.

I’ve had B&B for my termite bond that came from the builder. This year was a retreat instead of just an inspection. The tech that came out was nice and I told him where my bathtub was (that they treat). He barely went in that room. After the outside was done he came to the door to say goodbye. I asked him about the tub and he said "it looked good and doesn’t need anything". I called the company to report this and they said he would be back. I said not that day. Then the tech called me and lied again and said he tried to get my overflow cover off but couldn’t. I went and unscrewed it no problem. The field supervisor is now coming to treat my tub. I spoke to a supervisor and was never given an apology for the tech’s actions. I am now not sure he even treated the outside. UPDATE 8/21- the same tech was sent out after a request for someone else. I even confirmed with the office this morning. Very disappointed.

This is the 2nd year that I had B&B handle exterminating services at my home and I continue to appreciate the expertise and care that their technician shows ensuring that all areas are covered and handled properly. All in all, I have been very pleased with their service.
