Customer service is top-notch — emails are always answered promptly, and any issue I’ve had has been resolved quickly and professionally. Best of all, their services are reasonably priced, especially considering the results. Highly recommend!

I have owned many primary homes and rental homes and have had to use a myriad of different lawn care companies. I would rate the best one as maybe a 3 star. Ashley and her team are the only company that ALWAYS responds. Lawn care in these extreme temperatures in Jax is challenging to say the least. They recently resodded a front section of my lawn. It could be bad soil, lack of water, or insects. Who knows? Stll they addressed it. If you want a collaborative lawn care experience, then I highly recommend their company.

I heard about Total Spray LLC in March, and called them and talked to Ashley, the Office Manager. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and efficient! The owner, John came out the next day and spent over an hour talking to me about my lawn and making suggestions and answering questions. I decided to go with their monthly lawn plan and also the home pest control program. The combined pricing is excellent and a great value! They have an excellent web site and customer portal, and great communication re: advance notification, lawn tips, and service reports! After 3 months I have been very pleased and would highly recommend them. (Here are some before and after pics!)
