We are happy with our service. Albert isn't in a rush to get out, hears you out about the apparent problem (in my case "heard signs of mice in the wall") and fixes where needed (hole in the wall behind the stove.) He had no issues pulling out our heavy stove and we joked he is the terminator. Fingers crossed the problem is solved but we know we can depend on Tap to come see us in between monthly services if needed.

Excellent service. Steven comes every month to treat my basement. On the first visit he saw a problem with drains that needed screens and immediately fixed it. Prompt, courteous service, always. Highly recommend Tapout and Steven.

Exterminator Quang is amazing! We had a few small mice in the home and i am deathly afraid of them! He was able to come next day and his attention to detail is superb! He carefully walked around the house to patch up any holes and answer all of my questions and really have me peace of mind, on his second visit everything was in the clear and no more mice thanks to him! I will definitely be referring tap out to friends and family and specifically Mr. Quang

Had a mice issue. Called TapOut and Albert was here the same day. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing every step of the way. He saw how paranoid and scared I was and took it upon himself to check and triple check everything just to keep me at ease.
