I've had Hometeam service my home for about five years. Their service is great. At times when I times I could not be home, I got notice via text that my service had been completed. When I had issues, Hometeam sent someone over in a timely manner. Their service price is reasonable and they charge quarterly. I wouldn't have it any other way!

Richard, the home service technician, provided excellent service and answered my questions professionally and kindly. After he had left, Ross was able to fill in any gaps and answer any remaining questions I had. The team has maintained excellent communication with me and has provided outstanding service. I highly recommend their services. Additionally, I have not encountered any pests since the service was performed.

I feel like there’s too much time between visits, and on this most recent visit they ignored an ant pile near the front door, which makes me wonder if they sprayed the front door area at all. I started spraying on my own a few months ago, with items easily obtained online, and it’s just as good. Will likely cancel this service soon.

We called them for fire ants, mosquitos, and general pest treatment. Still have fire ants, mosquitos, and one week after a new infestation of German cockroaches. So…nice folks, fair pricing, just not very good at what they do.

When I signed up, they didn't spell my name or my email address correctly so I never received the documents. Had to call them and have them forward it to the correct email, but they still never corrected it in their system so I never received any additional email notifications. Eventually we got the first treatment done for assorted bugs we were seeing in our house (beetles, spiders, big roaches in our garage, water bugs, etc.). They also charged a large additional fee for fire ants in our front yard even though this was not a big concern I had and was willing to take care of them myself. After the first treatment, the tech mentioned they would be back in 30 days to do a reapplication treatment - this never happened. The tech who gave me their card was unresponsive to any calls or emails I sent them. Not sure if they just left the company or are just ignoring me. Fast forward two months in, we're still seeing bugs (more bugs than before). I called in and let them know, but whoever I spoke to on the phone didn't really listen to my concerns and just put me down for another fire ant treatment (which i didn't realize was the case until the tech on the way to my house told me that's what I ordered). Once again, fire ants were not a problem and I have not even seen any since I put down my own treatment in the yard. Not sure if I'm going to get charged another fee for this "fire ant" treatment I didn't order, or if I'm locked into a contract with them (I pay monthly for service), but I'll be opting out ASAP and going with another company. I also hear that this company overcharges and I could get better deals elsewhere. I feel bad because the people I worked with were pleasant for the most part, but I just feel like there was a significant lack of effort by everyone in the organization.

I have used HomeTeam since 2018 and my service technician, Abraham, has been amazing! Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and punctual. I have recommended HomeTeam to neighbors, friends and family.

Abraham is so thorough when he treats our house. He answers every single question we ask and explains exactly where he has treated our home and for what pests. Excellent customer service and great pricing.
