Best company by far if you're having any questions about bed bugs. They went out of their way to ensure my in laws got taken care of and are able to rest easy tonight after being horrified to discover they got delivered some bed bugs in an etsy package. I called in a panic on a Monday morning, the receptionist was friendly and very helpful, their prices were easily 50% less than the other three companies I had called. Their technician was out the very next day. I was given a solid price and explicit instructions on how to prepare for the treatment, what to expect every step of the way and what to do to insure success at completely eradicating the bugs. I hope never to repeat this experience but I will recommend Bug Busters to anyone who needs to get rid of unwanted bugs (is a bug ever wanted?).

Super knowledgeable employees. When I was freaking out about ants they squeezed me in where all others could not. They came out and did the inspection, came up with a plan and treated the whole house. The ants were gone the next day. It has been over a month and they have not returned. I highly recommend Bug Busters.

Luckily, I have yet to need treatment for bed bugs. However, the minute I found evidence of one I called Sara and she spent ten minutes on the phone with me detailing what steps I should take and then emailed back and forth with me about what to do. Their customer service is unparalleled and if you’re having issues with bugs of any kind, these would be the first folks I would call!
