We’ve been on a weekly treatment plan and have always had great experiences but this morning Ben Brook went above and beyond. He was timely, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and explained every safety aspect of the product he was using. He made us feel comfortable about the treatment especially since we have a dog. Early morning appointments are never ideal but Ben came with an enthusiasm that really made it a nice way to start the day! Thank you Ben!

We’ve had Masseys as our exterminator for about 5 years and are still very pleased with their work. We use them for not only termite treatment, but for general bug/wasps/spiders, etc control for the house. If there’s ever a time when we feel the need to call them for an extra issue that’s popped up unexpectedly, and they rarely do, but bugs will be bugs, and so we’ll call up Masseys and they come out right away! The techs are always super nice, too. They will take the time to talk to us about any concerns we have. Our last guy, Ben Brooks, went above and beyond the normal call and treated for ants around our pool and shed that had suddenly cropped up out of no where!! We’d been away for awhile and didn’t notice all the stupid little ant hills everywhere out back, but Ben did, and took care of them immediately. Thanks Ben!! Thanks Masseys!!

Ben came out and treated our house. He was awesome. Let me know he was here and what type of treatment he was doing. He actually spent time checking things. When done, let me know then told me what we could do to for extra improvements. Fortunately, not any. Thank you Ben, you are the best.
