Great customer support, scheduled a treatment on the same day and showed up on time. William came to the house and explained everything in detail, sprayed the outside, the garage and the entire house. He was absolutely professional, kind and explained the whole process. I highly recommend this company based upon the initial experience.

William came out and was professional courteous, and well educated about the products he used on my yard. He was also very thorough in informing me about what to expect from my initial service and subsequent visits. I was extremely impressed with William and appreciate his kindness.

My first experience with the company involved me reaching out to multiple companies at one time due to ants. TruForce was the only company to respond to my email and include an exact price. I moved forward with them so that I didn’t have to spend all morning going through the process of getting other "estimates" since TruForce had been clear and upfront. They were able to come out within an hour same day. Our technician, Will, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He also took time to explain the process of what he was treating and what the spray was and would do. They also have great prices. What was going to be a one-time service turned into a quarterly service agreement. He presented their packages with kindness and zero pressure. Definitely a person and company I felt like I wanted to support. I highly recommend.

TruForce Pest Control always provides great service.They communicate well and their technicians are friendly, well informed and always follow instructions. I like getting a text before they get there to give me time to lock my dog up.

Tech always texts about 15 mins before coming so we can get the dog inside, always checks to see if we need anything extra done. Great service

I found TruForce on Yelp. They offered me an excellent special on the initial visit so I decided to give them a try. They squeezed me in right away which I really appreciated. They have also been back for a free follow-up, as well as my first bi-monthly service. Both technicians were helpful and respectful. I would definitely recommend them for pest control.

I do not recommend this company. They refuse to schedule exact times to perform services at your home and only schedule 6 hour time windows when their inspector will come and do the home treatment. The inspectors will only perform inside treatments if someone is present in the home and they refuse to do inside treatments unless someone is present when the inspector arrives. I really hope this company reconsiders it's business practices and gives it's customers a shorter time window for when to expect the service technician to arrive because it is impossible for someone with a busy schedule to stay home for 6 hours in a day.
