OPC Pest Services - Pest Control & Exterminator, Lexington, KY

We have been quarterly customers for several years and have always been very pleased with how pleasant and professional the technicians have been. We recently had a separate inspection done and were again very impressed with Kerry who did the visit. He was on time, conscientious, efficient, and thorough. He followed-up same day with the written report. Highly recommend.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and nice. But perhaps I am to picky but the installation was bad, in my opinion. The salesman said the disc's would be installed in the lawn. The installer was very nice but said he'd install them in my mulch beds. Look at the pictures. There's dirt all around the mulch. In the one photo it isn't even below the mulch. The one photo is in the grass and I know the dirt will dissolve but......

OPC Pest Services is amazing. They are very easy to work with and they always make time to answer any questions. Mason does a great job with our service and Bambi is always professional and easy to work with on scheduling.

Right now I’m not satisfied. Was just out in the yard and must have been bitten dozens of times. I have them scheduled to come on Monday again but if I don’t see a marked improvement I’ll switch back to a company I used to in the past. I switched to this company because the other one went up but they are becoming similar in price.

OPC has done a great job for us at our property! Their technicians are professional, courteous and respectful! We appreciate being able to rely on their communication and flexibility to work around our guests and to keep our home free from pests!

OPC has done a great job with our home! They’ve worked around our schedule and came out the next day when we had an issue and needed service for our interior. They also took the time to notify us of some other items around our home that needed to be addressed. Very happy and would definitely recommend! Oh, and I just found out they do a lot more than just pest services so be sure to check out everything they can do!

Caleb has been my tech for a few years. Besides insects he has handled mice and now moles as I live on a golf course, these issues need to be addressed regularly. He is friendly, loves my dog, knowledgeable and I trust him. 5 stars all the way.
