This company is a class act from start to finish. Our Inspector was David G. and he was on time, clear and concise and created a very detailed report that was easy to understand. Cody, one of the business owners was great to work with and always was available to speak with regarding any questions I had. The first crew that came out was to treat our home for fungus, drywood & subterranean termites and Rene, Ricardo and Ramiro were on time, very professional and cleaned up when the job was done. The second crew (Juan & Val) came out on the second day to do the extensive carpentry repairs under the subfloor and again were on time and very professional. I used to run construction crews for years when I was younger and these guys I would hire in a minute! Hard working, trustworthy and cleaned up immaculately at the end of the job. 5 starts all the way! I've worked with Mike, Cody and the team at Brothers inspections for the past 8+ years (both for my own home and as a realtor) and can't say enough great things about them. We wanted to convert our garage to a living space. I shopped around for a week then a local realtor recommend to contact Brothers Inspection. I called Carlos and he informed the office to send someone to give me an estimate. Mike showed up and went through the entire Project and within couple of days I received the quote and I accepted immediately. During the project there were multiple permit that we need to take to be up to the code. Mike and Carlos did their best to get all the permits. We were assigned Juan and his dad for the job overseen by Carlos. They were pretty quick in getting the work completed without sacrificing the quality. One most important thing I liked about this company is they do not sacrifice on the quality of materials and workmanship. In our case they has been a huge delay primarily due to city permit process rather than the contractors. Cody/Mike/Carlos are very responsive to text or emails. Never had to wait more than couple of hours to get response during normal business hours. Any future projects at my home would be performed by Brothers Inspection. I strongly recommend hiring these great team.

Called up Jonathon, came out like a professional, disclosed all items needed to be addressed, and I had them completed...Jonathon is a real person and has a deep sense of compassion for is customers! Down to earth individual as well as his people, and co-workers...give these people a call!

I very rarely write reviews as most of my experiences with businesses are average or good at best. My experience with Brothers Inspection Services was so outstanding that I really felt an obligation to acknowledge the company. I was in need of interior repair to my walls and ceiling both of which are of high end construction and detail. It could have easily been screwed up by someone who didn't know what they were doing. Mike and Cody (the owners) did a flawless repair job-absolutely perfect. The other thing that was so impressive was the their professionalism. Both of these men were extremely polite and respectful. I have no doubt that if you use their services you will get great work at a fair price. Those guys are top notch.

Brother's did a subterranean termite treatment for our 140 year farmhouse and by no fault of their own, hit the hidden PVC main water pipe that was awkwardly hidden under a concrete patio slab. They sent their construction crew out to immediately fix the issue working well past quitting time to make sure we had water to the house which included jack hammering a section of the patio, replacing the pipe, fixing some rot they discovered along the way, and repairing the concrete. They absolutely went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the job and their staff was courteous, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I have no doubt if I'd gone with another termite service, the situation could have been disastrous!
