My kitchen was suddenly overrun by cockroaches, and I needed an urgent solution. Fenn’s same-day service caught my attention because I couldn’t wait another moment. I contacted them around 10:00 a.m., and just two hours later, their team arrived fully equipped with everything needed to tackle the problem. Absolutely five stars for their quick response and efficiency!

I cannot recommend Fenn enough. When I called and spoke with Sarah, she was so kind and thorough walking me through all of the options, necessary prep, and getting someone out for an inspection quickly. She called me back to let me know that someone was available to come inspect even sooner than anticipated. The pricing and ongoing contract pricing and benefits are a great deal. Juan came to do my inspection, he is incredible. I was so stressed having bugs in my home and he was extremely thorough and helped me remain calm by educating me on the steps to take and just his calming presence was very helpful.

Very happy with Fenn! We had a terrible ant infestation with daily home invasions. Drew responded to the quote request within the hour. The pricing is affordable and on par with services rendered. The tech, David was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He went above and beyond to prepare the house for treatment. I have used Fenn for years, and the technicians have always been very good. Lately, though, I can't seem to keep the same technician. I have monthly service at my house and a rental and about every third month it seems like the tech is changed to a new area. Every time that happens, I have to go over and make sure it is understood what needs to be addressed. It seems like there is a communication issue, too, between the office and the technicians. Also, one of the techs, (and he was my fave but, again, he was transferred after two or three times), broke the top part of the rental gate. He told the manager but I never heard from the manager about that. When I say I have used them for years, that is when Stan Fenn was working and their tiny office was on Lemon. Maybe they are getting too big and customer service is a little problematic?

Fenn Termite & Pest Control services are outstanding and we highly recommend their service. They’re friendly, show up on-time, explain the process and answer our questions. The staff is great. It was easy to reach someone and schedule an appointment. We have been very satisfied and will continue to use their services.

Chris did a great job assessing our situation, gave us a quick and fair price quote for spraying, and worked up some reasonable estimates for external wood repairs over and above what was involved in interior spaces. We're having him back for the spray treatment, and found him to be easy to work with.

When my husband and I reached out to Fenn Termite + Pest Control and spoke to Sonia, we felt acknowledged and lead in the right direction as to what we could do until someone could come out to us. An appointment was set immediately for the following business day. Thomas was the inspector who came out to inspect what could be doing some damage in our garage. Thomas not only empathized with us, but reassured us, he would be able to help. He also advised how we could clean up and even took initiative to begin sweeping the damage the rat had started doing. Thomas set out snap traps and larger glue boards around the garage in the morning. By the time we got home, the rat was trapped! We let Thomas know and he advised he would be back the next day to dispose the rat for us. Sure enough, he was over the next morning and disposed of the rat.He showed us great quality customer service. We highly recommend Fenn Termite + Pest Control, but specially Sonia and Thomas.
