Tanler Termite and Pest Control

Jesus came today to inspect our home. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Walked we through the process and answered my questions honestly. I felt at ease with him and decided to use him right on the spot even though I had other companies that I had made appointments with to inspect my property.

I’ve used this company for a couple years now for both termites and rodents. Every time I dealt with Jesus for the inspection and if we ever had issues Jesus either personally looked over the issues and sent someone or came himself. If you've ever dealt with contractors in los Angeles, you know exactly how uncommon that level of accountability and honesty is. On top of that they are great at their job, warranty the work (and actually come within a day every time we request a follow up) and are very reasonably priced.

Tanler termites has pretended to take care of my family for 8+ years. However, the trouble/reality began when I missed scheduling the yearly visit (though I paid the bill), I was scheduled four months+ out close to rescheduling time. After that experience I called another company and they found termite damage to multiple areas not addressed in our previous inspections which was totaling thousands of dollars to treat and fix. Do not trust this company as they will tell you anything to keep the check coming!!

From start to finish Tanler Termite was great. Jesus the inspector was knowledgeable and very good at explaining things. He listened to me and didn't dismiss my concerns. The office contacted me the day before to confirm the appointment. With other companies, I've had to call to confirm. Anthony, the technician was on time, and also good at explaining things. He did his work efficiently with little disruption. Also has a very pleasant personality. I would definitely use Tanler again, although I hope not too soon!

We've been using Tanler Termite for our pest control services for nearly a decade and have always been impressed by their services and their customer service. When we recently needed some additional pest control services completed during our holiday closure, Tanler acted quickly and scheduled us for an appointment with Mike, one of their supervisors for our region. He came on site, assessed our issue, checked the traps and bait stations and arranged to have Bob, one of their technicians come on site quickly to address our concerns. Both Bob and Mike were professional and friendly and explained things to me in an easy to understand way. The work Bob did while on-site was neat, effective and solved our problem. Our traps are serviced weekly by Miguel whose work is always thorough and punctual. I can't recommend this team highly enough. Everyone from Cassie in their offices (who spent a long time patiently helping me sort things out and schedule) to Bob, Mike and Miguel make for a wonderful customer service experience.

Scheduled a HEAT TREATMENT in a rental unit having bedbugs. The technicians showed up two days later UNPREPARED. They didn’t disclose they planned (on their own) of doing an alternate treatment plan of vacuuming, placing traps and spray pesticides ONLY. They didn’t complete service as agreed. Asked to speak to owner, no return communication.
