I reach out to Thrasher for termite assessment/treatment, and they were very responsive both with emails and phone calls, came right on time, have competitive prices, and did the assessment/quote quickly. And when they couldn't spray the crawl space due to on-going work, they were very accommodating and quickly rescheduled to finish the remaining work later. Overall I highly recommend Thrasher for your pest issues as they are very pleasant to work with. I also want to thank Jacob and Alex, who were very helpful and patient when they work on the house.

I don't understand why Thrasher has five-star reviews. An exterminator came out to my residence to inspect the roof rat entryways. The exterminator was pleasant and emailed me a treatment plan with the estimated cost. Well, it has been three weeks, and I have not heard a response from anyone at Thrasher. I called three times and emailed. I'm done. I'm happy for the customers who have positive experiences with Thrasher. Unfortunately, I didn't have those experiences. I'll go back to one of the national pest control franchises.

We love the work that Thrasher has done for us for the last +5 years. We had a rodent issue in the past, but they've kept them from becoming an issue again. Rodger (our current technician) is great. Very thorough and communicative.

George is a terrific professional. Very thorough. Explains all details of the service. Asks if we have any concerns before performing the service and summarizes the service at the end with us. Always pleasant and genuinely interested in our property. 5 Stars!!!

Jacob nailed it!! He came in & we explained to him the ant infestation we'd been having the last 2 weeks. He listened carefully to what we had to say & proceeded to act on the data & descriptions we gave him. He explained clearly on what he was going to do inside our kitchen and outside. After spraying around the kitchen baseboard & under the sink by our garbage can, he then went outside where he looked for, and immediately found & followed the trail of ants to a V-shaped notch covered with leaves in our Japanese Maple tree. He then explained to us what he was going to do to eliminate the nest, which was to spray directly onto the nest & create a "kill zone" around the tree to prevent the ants from leaving the nest. Before he left, he gave us a couple of ant baits to use if & when the ants show up again. He explained how to store the traps so we wouldn't attract more ants. All in all, a job very well done. He was pleasant, professional and seemed to enjoy his work. I would strongly recommend Jacob to anybody who has an infestation problem. Thank You

Jacob M. did a great job at our house. Was prompt, explained everything about the service, and checked in at the end to make sure all was good to make sure I didn't have any last questions. Also had a smile and a thank you which is always nice!

Roger came out to do a treatment for spiders and was really informative on why and how our place was seeing an abundance of spiders. He took the time to do a thorough job de-webbing and spraying and even showed us evidence of possible rats. I really felt he knew what he was doing and did a great job. I am going to ask for him again during our 2nd treatment!
