Massey Services Pest Control

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share how let down I was by this company. I came home expecting peace of mind after their service, only to find my apartment still crawling with cockroaches. This was especially disheartening because I take pride in keeping my home spotless and clean, so the infestation clearly wasn’t from neglect on my part. To make matters worse, the service note they left behind was incomplete with no technician name, no date, nothing to even show accountability for who was here or what was done. That felt dishonest and careless, like my trust as a customer didn’t matter. What hurts the most is putting faith in a company to protect your home, only to feel ignored and deceived. I would never recommend them to anyone who values integrity, professionalism, or simply wants a job done right.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Massey Pest Control Services. I want to specifically mention Dalton, who has been incredibly prompt in his communication and has gone above and beyond with my recent quarterly service.

I have been a customer since 2018/2019. Kenneth has always been our tech and took good care of us. He has moved up and we were assigned a new tech. Last year, I cancelled the termite service but kept all the other services. Since canceling, their customer service has went down. Russell, who is the customer service representative is rude and does not ever let me finish explaining my concerns. He cuts me off and tells me I'm better off asking the tech when he comes out. Warren seems to be the current tech and I was scheduled for a service on April 30th. He was a no show and all of a sudden I get a text for service the following day. I was never notified about being rescheduled. I call the office and I'm told they don't usually like to treat what I needed treated on a rainy day. I was then scheduled on May 1st around 2pm, he cancels and says he is just finishing a job and doesn't think he can make it at 4. I was then rescheduled today, Saturday May 3rd at 9 am. Warren confirms with me for 9am and no shows again. so I text Warren at 11 and he tells me he is waiting on his manager to unlock the building so he can get keys to his truck. I follow up at 1 pm and no response. He never showed up and no communication was made. This past year the service has been horrible. I will be switching pest services.

John did an excellent job and listened to my problems of what kind of pest control we need. Also very professional, kind and understanding.
