I met with the technician Richard Dotson this morning at 9:00 a.m. he was punctual very courteous and very thorough in his inspection

Justin is absolutely fantastic! He’s not only friendly, but also incredibly knowledgeable about his work. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and lets us know if there are any other issues in our building that we need to be aware of. You can tell he genuinely cares about solving the problem the right way and making sure we understand how to prevent future issues. Highly recommend him to anyone in need of an exterminator!

Matt has always done a great job for us with our pest control. From thoroughly spraying every nook and cranny in our home, to carefully checking/resetting the attic traps to ensuring the outdoor space is fully treated, Matt devotes time and attention to making sure we are getting the pest control coverage we are paying for. I had such a great experience with this company, thanks to Doug! They were super friendly, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure every detail was taken care of. You can tell they really care about their work and the customers they’re helping. What impressed me most is how they went the extra mile to make sure the problem was handled right and even shared some helpful tips to prevent it in the future. It’s not every day you come across someone who takes that much pride in what they do. If you need pest control, I highly recommend this company — and definitely ask for Doug. They’re awesome!

Very happy with the services I received from Hailey, the technician from Inman Murphy pest control. Hailey is very prompt and polite and very knowledgeable about the service I need. She checks everything carefully and is so pleasant and friendly and I enjoy talking with her about my concerns. She is very conscientious about my questions and she has always done an excellent job. We communicate very well and that is what I appreciate!

Doug with Inman Murphy is awesome! He’s always super nice and professional and he always asks if there’s anything that he can fix. Doug once came out and did our tri-annual service, the next day we had an issue that we didn’t know about. I called Mr. Doug and he was out within an hour and fixed the issue. I will always trust Doug and Inman Murphy for my services. They’re both awesome!
