They have years of experience from when they were in the Seattle area and are now dedicating their talenteds to serving the Treasure Valley. Brayden came to my rental house today to address a rat problem in the attic/storage room. He was genuinely kind, knowledgeable, understanding, and had a sense of humor that made me feel at ease. Brayden was able to get me an earlier appointment than anticipated, which was wonderful. He’s a great communicator with scheduling and regarding what to expect before the next visit. I have never dealt with rats before. It’s incredibly unsettling, gross, and I was terrified that it was going to cost a fortune. Stonewood Pest Control is very reasonable for the quality, thorough service. I have such peace of mind being in my home knowing the traps are set and I won’t have to deal with the bodies haha. I will definitely update this post when the deed is done, but I just have a good feeling about this company and wanted to share it with anyone else stressed out/in need of a solution.
