Lady Bug Eco-Friendly Pest Control

I've known Lisa from the very beginning of Lady Bug. At that time I was doing my own pest control and not very good at it. When I met Lisa, she told me what her goals were and thought "Wow, she is driven and customer service was first on her mind and has what it takes", so I thought I would give her a shot. We live out in rural area where it is hard to control insects. Lady Bug has never let me down and I am a loyal customer. Maybe Lady Bugs oldest customer, at least 15 or 20 years (we printed her first business cards). Great job Lisa!

Had a great experience the first time they were out. Explained a lot and made sure we were doing the right things to keep bugs out of house and minimized. Next time we had them out, was fair experience but, we had a lot of residual issues. We were on vacation for a couple of weeks and came back to a huge mess of ants / ant piles near our wall and pool pump and all along our pavers. Called to have them come back as a "follow-up" treatment but missed the "30 day" by a few days and they just wanted to sell a monthly service. Wish I could recommend but, I can't if they won't stand behind the work. Definitely no way I'm giving them a $90 monthly service fee for something that should have been addressed as part of our second initial fee. Pest control should not be a monthly service if it's done correctly. Good luck to them.

My experience with Lady Bug has been exceptional. I get monthly service so when summer hits I’m not bombarded w any infestations. I’ve been using them for 4 years and my monthly rate is very reasonable. Thank you Lady Bug for all you do to keep my home bug free!

Customer service and systems are outdated. Received a notice that my account is 75 days past due. When I spoke to them, they stated it was not and that their "system" autpmatically generates these notices, even though my account is not past due. The person on the phone did not know how to correct the system. Then I come to find out that I am supposed to pay my bill the "day" the service is provided, which I never knew and that they do not send out bills to payments to be made. They expect the customer to pay depending on the service they contracted for (I did a quarterly service and they expect me to remember when that "quarter" happens). This is not how they worked at my old house. I would receive their service and then get a bill to pay. What happened? Why the change? And when calling the billing number you get someone that does not know what is going on other than her repeated statements to "pay my bill" for the service that I received just 7 days ago....

Lady Bug is a fantastic company! I have used their services on my house for years now. They have helped me with scorpions and termites at a really low price, and the technicians are always polite and helpful. The best part is, they are environmentally friendly, and their products are great for families with pets and young kids. I recommend this company to any homeowner in the East Valley!
