We moved back to WI and purchased our new home in July. We asked the old owners what service company they used and they stated MasterGuard and followed with they are great. I contacted MasterGuard and today was our first service. Five star service for sure. The technician Colten was great, he explained everything to me and made sure I understood the contract, the spray used, and what pests we had in and out of the home. Great service for our first spraying and happy we went with MasterGuard Pest Control. Thank you.

A company is as good as its employees, and MasterGuard is doing absolutely everything right! My July service was performed by Brandyn...he was so very thorough, so detail-oriented....I was totally impressed. At one point when I thought I would need an additional service, Aaron was sent to my home. There is not a more professional, personable technician anywhere. These employees are a credit to their employer and profession, and MasterGuard is a company in which I have complete trust.

I had never used a pest control service in the past. I decided to sign up with MasterGuard because the technician who stopped by, Austin, was very impressive with his explanation of the service. We noticed a difference immediately in the house and we no longer have issues with spiders in the basement. I am very impressed with the service. I am most impressed that the chemicals they use are not harmful to my dog.

The owner's of MasterGuard were in our neighborhood knocking on doors. Normally I don't talk to anyone going door-to-door, but they were very cordial and knowledgeable (and timely) as they hit my sore spot. . . . wasps! I have not been happy with the nests that were accumulating along our eaves and nothing that we were applying was taking care of it. Their rates were reasonable and they explained the process with great detail. These guys are JUST starting their business, although they have experience working at other companies. They have been out once to our house and did everything they said they would do (not only sprayed, but removed the hives). We have signed up for a couple more applications, but from what I can see so far, it has been successful. Being a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to start a new business, but if they keep up with the customer service and back what they say, they will definitely be successful. The only negative I can think of, is it would've been nice if the hives were picked up instead of laying around in bushes or on the ground, but I can imagine it was because of the active inhabitants in the hive that made that impossible at the time they were here. Keep up the good work, guys and I wish you the best of luck. I will definitely refer you to my friends and neighbors!

We just had our first treatment from MasterGuard Pest Control. The salesperson Stuart and the technician Andrew were professional and very courteous. We feel the service and pricing are good. I'm especially looking forward to no wasps this summer!

I am a new MasterGuard customer and am very pleased with the exceptional service I have experienced. I love that I can call them about any issues that may come up between my scheduled service appointments and they will happily send someone back out to my place to address the problem. So happy someone knocked on my door and told me all about this company. That doesn't happen very often!

We had this company for one year service our home....and we saw virtually no results. In May 2016, we told the technician that we wanted to cancel the service. We were told by the technician that we needed to submit this request in writing. We did this and both my husband and I signed the document. It was given to the technician and we were told that it would be given to the proper person at the MasterGuard office. Last week we were gone on vacation. I received an email stating that the service had been done and the credit card that they had on file had been charged. I immediately called and the person (Ben) that I needed to speak to was not available. He did call me back but we did not connect on the same day. When I called Ben back after returning home, he basically told me that I was lying. He said that the technician did not get a document terminating service. Despite repeating numerous times the fact that this had indeed been done properly, Ben said that we were responsible for the August service. He is an arrogant, disrespectful man. Since the technician is the "face" of MasterGuard, we had no reason to doubt that our request would be honored. If I had read the negative reviews of MasterGuard prior to hiring them, I never would have contracted them for even one application. My advice to people looking for a service such as this....keep looking! MasterGuard of Wisconsin simply does not care about their customers. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
