Derek is amazing. He has been treating our house for over 2 years and we were critically invested with mice and even had a 6 ft snake in our dining room. I’m happy to say we are rodent free in the house and attic. Today he came out and found 3 black widow spider nests along with the mother! Beyond scary! He treated that too!

I woke up with a very scary black snake upstairs where I was sleeping and went into a panic! I was lucky and found Derek! He was the coolest and most professional person I think I’ve ever met and dealt with! He made everything easy from start to finish and has a wonderful genuine personality! He removed the scary black snake that could have bit and harmed my little dog or myself! My dad is in but he hospital and was worried about me and he even was patient and nice to my dad even on the phone! You don’t find people or even companies like this anymore! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a huge hornet nest under the roof, right by one of our windows. It got so bad that I couldn’t even open the window — the hornets were eating through the screen and getting inside the house! I reached out to Derek from Charm City Pest Control Solutions, and to my surprise, he came out right away. He took care of everything — removed the hornets and the nest, cleaned up the area, and even checked back the next day to make sure we were all good and hornet-free. Derek is not only professional and thorough, but also kind and easy to talk to. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend him to anyone dealing with pests!

Derek is awesome! Great customer service...quick and effective. We had hundreds of yellow jackets create a nest in our home and he came out the same day to treat them. He then returned the next day and verified they were dead and sealed the gap where they were entering. Couldn't recommend him more
