Best decision I’ve ever made when choosing a pest control company! The phone call was aces with how they got me set up and the level of professionalism in the phone call! The biggest kicker was Crystal!!!! My tech was simply amazing! From the get go she was very flexible with my schedule due to me being out of town for work. Communication was exceptional! The initial treatment day was even better! Crystal was thorough, communicable, professional and polite! Heck my dogs didn’t even bark at her! lol! I have a pest control background and could immediately see she knew what she was doing. She took her time, treated my home thoroughly and visited with me about the treatments in detail. Thank you Crystal and so glad to have you as a partner for these dang carpenter ants!

Martin Lujan is the most diligent and thoughtful technician I have had the pleasure of working with. He has stopped by at least once or twice for the past few weeks and has helped us curve our wasp issues at our warehouse. We had been plagued by a lot of Apache wasps likely the effect of a nearby reserve. Today he brought me a couple of traps thart we can set outside of our bay doors.

Enrique shows up with the most professional attitude. I was almost in tears to know that we had mice and he calmed me down and told me he would do the best he can to get ride of our problem. He convinced me that every thing will be ok and that he would do his best to get my problem resolved I want this company to know he deserves for you to recognize what a great employee you all have. We will stay with this company as long as I can have him taking care of my home. Big shout out to you Enrique!!!! YOUR AWESOME

Although there had been issues with locating my house two times prior (by other technicians), Crystal was able to find my home and completed my extermination services in a quick and professional manner. In addition, she found a moment for the human connection and was very friendly and very informative. I would love to have her return for my repeat services.

Isaac serviced my home and was extremely helpful and professional. I received a text and a call prior to him arriving. He removed a large wasp, nest and multiple cobwebs that were concerning in my garage. He was kind, courteous and thorough. I cannot yet review how beneficial the services is for a couple weeks. I do have multiple black widow webs around my home, so I will review once I notice they have not come back. I would definitely recommend Fox pest service in the future and will continue to use Them.

I dont want Dylan to service us nextime, he did a horrible job! I checked our camera and what he only did was sweep the side of the house for webbings. I even move some furnitures in our backyard to ease his work and reminded him to put powder pest control in every holes but he did not do it. He did not even change the insect glue boxes that they usually do it everytime they service us. He did not even check back on me before leaving like any other techs do, he just left. I want Julian or Kristy to do the service nextime, they do their job well and they do explained and tell us everything they catch or see around the house.

tried this for 2 months but even having them come a few times out still didn’t address the issue. they have a 250 cancelation fee that they don’t tell you upfront but hide and rush you sign a contract in the beginning. the guy i spoke to had a snarky attitude and told me to check the contract. but i ended up canceling because paying monthly and still not getting the job done at all is not even worth it long term. it’s not about the money it’s about the service and relationship, you can take that cancellation fee instead of me being a long term loyal customer that i intend in the first place. i guess that’s how this company have to do it because they aren’t confident in their services and that’s how they make their money. anyways ended up getting the job done myself would not recommend. had a better experience at other pest control companies such as orkins
