We recently found our dogs brought home fleas, and with a newborn needed to find a resolve ASAP. Our initial treatment with Marcus was incredible and efficient. With the weather change and the heat coming back on, we saw an influx of the bugs again and needed a second treatment. Kyle was so kind and helped get into every space we could to ensure these would no longer be a problem in our home! Valor has been wonderful to work with and I couldn’t recommend them more!

Mason did a great job!! He was very thorough and professional and answered all my questions. He educated me about how rodents gain access into your homes. Marcus was extremely professional and very understanding. He rechecked everything and gave me instructions on what to do and what he was doing. He assured me that they would completely take care of the mouse problem. He was very empathetic when he saw I was upset and was very kind in reassuring me it would be taken care of. We had Mason out to the house and he gave us one of the best customer services I've had in years. He was very patient and educational on our rodent problem. He was able to find entry points we didn't even think about outside our house. Would 100% recommend to anyone that needs the help.
