The Bee Man

My in-law's house was under attack by bees for a while. I contacted Beeman and they provided a clean and quick fix to the issue. My inlaws are super happy about the professional service they received. We highly recommend using the service of this business

GOOD JOB ! A couple of days ago my wife discovered about 8 bees in our main bedroom upstairs. When I came upstairs we had a look on our balcony and could see a number of bees flying around near our chimney. We gave The Bee Man a call and he came out today. Eric and his offsider Tyler were up on the roof in no time checking things out. NO BEES ! Their verdict was they were scouter bees looking to start up a colony. Eric spayed some anti scouter bees formula in the area where we saw them. QUICK EFFICIENT WORK !

The receptionist who answered my call was rude and unhelpful. I called The Bee Man to follow up on a service that was done earlier in the morning. After I told her there were bees swarming the area my neighbor called about, she responded with, "we fulfilled the service." So I asked again, if the bees coming back were normal? She responded "We serviced the area and are finalizing the report to send to the property manager. We left a yellow tag on the door explaining what to expect." Mind you, the area that was serviced was between two townhomes. I did not receive a yellow tag. The whole time I felt like I was wasting HER time. Those answering your businesses’ mainline should have the best customer service skills as they leave the first impression on potential customers. Very disappointing.

Long story short I work at a guard gate in Newport Beach. The technician came out gave me an address that did not exist. I told him that it did not exist. He argued with me then blamed his dispatch left. Came back 20 minutes later with the correct address then wanted to argue with me more telling me that he gave me the correct address. The first time I guess he didn’t know how to read the sign Stating that he is being audio and Video recorded so I looked it up and sure enough he did give me the wrong address and then continued to wanna argue with me.

5 Stars! We had a ton of bees invade our home via the chimney and they came out and took care of the problem all while we were at work. They had access to our backyard climbed their ladder to the chimney and installed the needed guards and seals to prevent the bees from coming in and it worked. No more bees! We will be calling them whenever we have issues with bees!

The Bee Man is the company to call. They are fast and offer same day service. Great prices. They are very knowledgeable and understand bees. They are great at communicating their ETA. Eric is very helpful and has great information. Vanessa is very respectful and has great customer service. Love The Bee man. Don't hesitate to call them.

Very professional and friendly from the first phone contact. Called with an urgent request in the morning, and a wonderful technician came out that afternoon. Technician took care of the problem in an efficient and expert manner. Before leaving, he gave me clear information about what to expect during the process of the bees relocating. Such a relief!
