Monitor Pest Control

Monitor is awesome! Timely, professional, effective, and reasonably priced. Kyle is the technician that they send out to my house for every service, and he's especially helpful. Always takes time to answer my questions and he is incredibly knowledgeable.

I am a new customer. The staff was excellent getting me scheduled in a timely manner and letting me know all the service options. The tech (Quentin) was knowledgeable, nice, and efficient.

I have been using Monitor Pest Control for over 25 years. Morgan is a great man and has always taken care of my property. Want to give a shout out to Quentin for following up on my Pest control service and taking out all the wasp nests on the 2nd story eves. Will been using and recommending yall to everyone who needs pest control service.

Morgan was great and thorough. He went over mosquito breeding, best times to mist, and regulations of the substances used. Great job!

Moxie is quick to respond when I have a bug problem. Recently, Jourdan and Andrew were the techs that handled my problem. They were both courteous and professional, and they asked me to show them where the pests were located. After a short conversation, Jourdan and Andrew went to work, quickly, but methodically, treating my property. When they had completed the treatment, Jourdan gave me a detailed description of what they had done, what chemicals had been used, and what actions I needed to take. It's been three days, and I already see the results. Living in New Braunfels, my wife and I have used the services of Moxie for about five years. During that time, Moxie has always quickly responded to our phone calls, text messages, or emails when we have an issue with pests. Thanks again to Jourdan and Andrew for their recent service at our home.

Kyle does a great job, is very polite, freindly, and can converse while working. He took a minute to say hi and pet my dog Domino. I appreciate his professionalism and knowledge as well.
