I just want to give a huge shoutout to both Ryans at the 601 S. Galvez Street NOLA location. These guys went above and beyond helping my father understand the pieces that he needed to fix my refrigerator and recommended where to find it outside Grainger since they didn't have it. Rest assured that this exemplary unselfish service has earned you our business and you will always be our first stop for future needs. You don't see this kind of service anymore. Great strategy guys! Human kindness and patience go a long way.

A mixed review. I could not find a phone number for your Distributors Row Grainger location so I called your South Galvez location for assistance. The woman that answered the phone could not answer any of my questions and had to repeatedly put me on hold for extended periods of time. She eventually told me she was going to transfer me to your 'Technical Support' group, which I believe is a contract group. The tech support guy with whom I spoke was outstanding. He was exceedingly knowledgeable, fast on the uptake/intelligent, articulate, and helpful. I believe his name was 'JR'. He was insightful & proactive in helping me and proffering helpful suggestions. Thank you. I had to pick up my purchase at your Distributors Row store. No one would give me a phone number to call this store to confirm that what I wanted was actually there. I did not like this. The store was clean, well light, and the personnel were very nice & helpful. The man that helped me was proactive in approaching me to offer help and efficiently completing the transaction. Thank you. I forgot to ask if there was a core charge and called the S. Galvez store to see if I was due a core charge refund for the old motor. The guy with whom I spoke did not even know what a core charge was & could not under understand what I was saying so I eventually hung up without getting an answer to my question.
