Pest Pro Inc.

We just had them come through for the first time today, so time will tell if their interventions were effective. But I wanted to write this because we have had some waterbugs and millipedes and saw a mouse for the first time yesterday after 5 years of living in the city. We emailed them late last night and had an exterminator at 10 am this morning. Derek was very pleasant and professional. He very quickly identified the most likely entry point for the mouse and sealed it off. He checked every single closet and behind all furniture. He empathized with our fear after seeing a rodent in our home and made us feel much more comfortable after spraying, sealing, and setting traps. We will see if the interventions were sufficient, but as of right now we are very happy with the service and professionalism.

Dong Il came to help me with my apartment- I was having issues with rodents and bugs and was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly thorough and explained everything to me, going above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. Thank you!

Amazing service. He came by and got to work immediately. Found the primary location of the roaches which many exterminators have looked over. Highly recommend.

The exterminator himself was very nice but he was told not to do anything further than spray the apartment. Also this whole time, because we get them once a month, I thought they were being let into the apartment when we were not available ( I happen to be home that day)and I found out that was not the case. I asked the exterminator if I could speak to someone in their office and the person I spoke to was very rude and uncompromising so I was kind of disappointed with the whole situation.

Dong of Pest Pro did an expert and thorough job exterminating a friend's apartment.

I've found Pest Pro to be extremely qualified, professional, and responsive in successfully remediating a bed bug infestation. I would recommend their services without hestitation.

Unorganized, unprepared, unprofessional
