I had a clothing moth issue which Pestrol treated and truly I couldn’t be happier with their work! From the very beginning and all along the time I worked with them, the staff has always been courteous, informative, and always showed good communication with me. A promised return call came just as they said! I really appreciate the fact that they did what they said - no chasing them down. I worked with the same Pestrol office contact throughout. A great guy! And the Service Supervisor who came to provide Treatment in my apartment was always on time for the Treatments and his work was neat, clean and thorough. Early on, I discovered it was very hard to find a company that would treat my particular problem. I found 3 companies after much research. I chose Pestrol in the end and am so happy I did! Look no further…Pestrol is great!

I sent a request for service at 9 PM on a weekday and someone called me within 45 minutes to get some details and info for my issue with carpenter ants. The pricing was very appropriate and they had a tech out to my home in under 24 hours from when I decided to go ahead with their plans. Extremely professional and effective service so far. Couldn’t recommend a better company that’s locally operated.

Love when a tech comes on time and knows what he is doing..I had another company and this one Pestrrol tops it.. the service was excellent.

The most unprofessional, lazy, incompetent and rude service I have ever seen, not just in pest control, but honestly from any service professionals ever. These people are so lazy that they show up to your place visibly angry that they have to work. They do the absolute bare minimum, nothing like the kind of proper pest control treatment of an apartment you would expect from supposed "professionals". I have had instances where they came to my place and left seconds after arriving when I left them unattended for a moment to go to the bathroom, just to avoid having to do any work. If they do actually spray or apply any pest control treatments, which you have to fight them to get them to do, because otherwise they will just walk into your place and say "looks good to me" and then leave, they will just blindly spray everywhere, including spraying toxic chemicals on clothes and furniture, unless you explicitly tell them not to do that. They are incredibly rude, I had to throw one of their people out of my apartment after he entered and began verbally harassing me and insulting the clothes that I had on. This is an absolute bottom shelf company, run and staffed by the most incompetent and lazy people I have ever encountered. If you are thinking of calling them, I would strongly advise you to call anyone else (ANYONE) or to considering doing it yourself, as they are not going to do anything anyways unless you literally fight them to do it. Their only goal is to come to your door so they can say that they came and collect their money, and then leave as fast as possible. I seriously doubt the authenticity of the other reviews, which are suspiciously enthusiastic and are all 5 stars, as the service that this cut rate company provides is no where close to 5 stars, or any stars. I would give negative stars if I could.

Exceptionally competent, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. I am grateful to Manny for eliminating these bothersome creatures. I would definitely suggest him to anyone wishing to remove their unwanted guests. Thank you, Pestrol.

Very professional and timely service. It's no fun to wake up with bites, but when Manny did a check and found a single bed-bug in my apartment, he was very straight with me about procedure and the severity of the infestation I had (luckily it was probably justa single one). Their office is well attended with excellent customer service; they always call back, answer questions, schedule treatments that are convenient, etc.
